Outdoor Education Programming Next Week
F1, F2, M3, S5 and S6 students will be taking part in our Outdoor Education programming next week. If your student is unable to attend camp (e.g. due to illness), please email studentlife@utschools.ca as soon as possible to allow for easy departure each morning.
Students Not Attending Outdoor Education
If your child is not participating in Outdoor Education while their grade is away, they should not come to school during that time. The UTS Main Office will not be doing safe arrivals for students in grades who are away. Parents and guardians will be responsible for making alternative arrangements for students who are not attending the program.

Incidental Billing
UTS is implementing a new system to manage incidental billing charges (including fees for excursions and other incidental fees). As a result, SchoolCash Online is no longer being used. Additional information regarding the new system will be communicated in the coming weeks.
If you have not yet been billed for a trip, it will be reflected on the account in the new system once it is available.

A reminder that student cell phone use is not permitted at UTS. Cell phones are to be kept in lockers and may only be used at the end of the day for arranging transportation home or with the permission of their teacher during class activities.
