June Exam and Summative Schedules
Please review the final exam and summative schedules carefully with your child.
All exams must be written to receive credit for the course. These evaluations constitute 30% of the final grade.
Students may only miss an exam due to illness, with a doctor’s note confirming they were unable to write. Vacations or other commitments are not valid reasons to miss an exam.

Planning Student Travel for Next Year
The school is currently in the process of developing our 2025-26 grade trips and other learning opportunities involving travel outside of Canada. We are reviewing travel restrictions and emerging challenges related to U.S. travel and will share more information with families prior to the end of this school year as our planning and travel conditions evolve.

UTSPA is now accepting nominations from dedicated parent volunteers who want to get involved as UTSPA executives for the 2025-26 academic year.
Our mission: To represent the interests of parents and guardians in the UTS community while working closely with the school to support its strategic plan, fundraising, and advancement activities.
