Parent-Teacher Interviews
November 1, November 7 (evening only) and November 8
Parent-Teacher Interviews are an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress.
Bookings open on PickATime at 12 p.m. on October 17 and close at 11 p.m. on October 24.
Your child's schedule will not be visible until booking opens.
Before beginning the booking process, make sure you have your child’s UTS Student ID number. This can be found in the MyUTS menu under Academics > Student Timetable.
Once you have completed this, click here for Parent-Teacher Interview booking instructions.

Coursework Summaries
Starting the week of October 14, summaries of assigned coursework from Google Classroom will be available in the MyUTS menu, Academics. The summaries will include descriptions and due dates for work assigned in Google Classroom and will highlight upcoming due dates.
School Photo Pickup and Retake
Photos can be picked up at the Main Office.

Photo Retake day will take place on October 17. Students can sign up here.

School Building Closes at 5 p.m. Daily
Our school closes at 5 p.m. daily, unless there is a scheduled evening event. For the safety of all students, if your child is waiting for pickup, they should stay in full view of our security guard on the learning stairs. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep everyone safe.

Online Safety Assembly for New F1 and M3 Students
October 21
We are pleased to welcome Paul Davis, an IT expert with over 33 years of experience, to speak to our new F1 and M3 students about online safety.
Since these students did not have the opportunity to participate in last year’s session, this assembly will cover important topics such as social media, digital footprints, smartphones and online security.
Paul has presented to more than 895,000 students in person and 105,000 virtually, sharing essential knowledge to help young people make informed and safe choices online. We are excited to offer this important learning opportunity for our new students.
On-time AP Exam Registration Closes October 20

As a reminder ‒ AP exam registration is mandatory for students enrolled in courses that end in -P (i.e. SBI4UP). Invoices for exams will be sent in November directly to guardians. See these two resources for more details:
